A 7 Day Journey to Wellness Within

I’m really excited about an upcoming Instagram Foodie Challenge I will be hosting with Kiki from Meal Garden & Mindfully Edible and we’ve created an innovative, interactive and integrative learning experience to help guide you through a 7-day journey of becoming more acquainted with not only what you eat, but also how you eat it.

The intention? To help educate and empower better food choices; stemming from awareness and a little bit of thought behind each and every bite – from farm to fork. We provide the information and inspiration but let the participants be their own guide based on the materials, mindfulness activities and mantras showcased each day. Practical guidance as well as subjective inspiration is our offering – as well as access to the mealgarden nutritional tool to see how your ingredients calculate nutritonally for quality. How participants explore the path presented is up to them. Winner(s) are chosen who complete 7 days and based on who we feel best embodied the transformational change and was able to master a deep sense of wellness within themselves, so that they can go on and empower others.

How to meal prep in advance
How to read & understand food labels and make nutritional analysis of your meals
Mindful eating practices that promote optimal digestion
