Angela completed her certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2015, today she integrates a holistic approach to nutrition and her food-losophy is simple: Food is Medicine. She believes that optimal health & wellness also include a balance between positive relationships, job satisfaction and environment, exercise, spirituality and enjoyment.

Angela was introduced to over 150 dietary theories, philosophies and practices while studying at IIN, she also learned from lectures given by top leaders in the health and wellness industry such as David Wolfe, Deepak Chopra, Mark Hymann M.D, etc. She specializes in weight loss and weight management, plant-based nutrition, meal plans and holistic health coaching to help clients create balance of body, mind and spirit through various alternative healing and coaching techniques.

When you work with Angela you will clearly identify your personal health and wellness needs and together you will create a strategy and timeline to put the plan into action. She will work with you weekly or bi-weekly to help keep you motivated, inspired and on track towards making your personal progress.
