I’m heading to Verona to guide the yoga on a weekend retreat and decided I would prepare and pack something made with love to share with the guests. We actually have to adhere to a special diet, no salt, no sugar, no wheat based products, etc.. (I tend to do this anyway) so I made this yummy spread. I actually created a peanut butter chocolately spread this morningΒ too and will also share that recipe with you as well. Β It really doesn’t get any easier than this. Just mix and spread (with love) and enjoy! Nutritional Info below calculated on mealgarden.ca



7 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp Xylitol
2 tbsp Stevia
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds, black (ground into powder if possible)
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Silk Original Coconut Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure



1.Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until even texture is achieved.

2. Place into jars and store in fridge until use.
