I’m heading to Verona to guide the yoga on a weekend retreat and decided I would prepare and pack something made with love to share with the guests. We actually have to adhere to a special diet, no salt, no sugar, no wheat based products, etc.. (I tend to do this anyway) so I made this yummy spread. I actually created a peanut butter chocolately spread this morning too and will also share that recipe with you as well.  It really doesn’t get any easier than this. Just mix and spread (with love) and enjoy! Nutritional Info below calculated on mealgarden.ca

Ingredients

 

7 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp Xylitol
2 tbsp Stevia
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds, black (ground into powder if possible)
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Silk Original Coconut Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions

 

1.Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until even texture is achieved.

2. Place into jars and store in fridge until use.
