Last week, on February 21st 2018, I was interviewed on for the lunch time crunch time, Liquid Lunch. I discussed healthy vegan food on behalf of Kindred Kitchens and my chosen theme of the day: ‘Life is short, eat dessert first’ so I came in bearing sample of healthy, vegan breakfasts. I ended off the day in a fun and spontaneous way… with a little hoop show. And here it is. 🙂
